Commercial Casework Inc. (CCI), a cornerstone of the Bay Area’s architectural millwork and cabinetry industry for nearly 50 years, is proud to announce the final stages of its expansion into Sacramento. This strategic move marks a major milestone in the company’s long-standing commitment to growth, innovation, and craftsmanship.
In May 2024, CCI purchased a 30,000 square-foot facility and an adjacent 24,000 square-foot facility in Sacramento, a bold investment that demonstrates the company’s confidence in the region and its future. With a total project investment exceeding $11 million—including both the building acquisition and the installation of advanced equipment—CCI is poised to significantly increase its production capabilities and better serve clients across Northern California.

Located in a rapidly developing industrial corridor, the Sacramento facility is designed to be a model of modern millwork manufacturing. The company expects to be fully operational by July 2025, pending final permitting. Currently, over 20 employees are working on-site, with plans to increase that number to over 30 by the end of the year.
At the heart of the facility is CCI’s new 720 square-foot state-of-the-art finishing spray booth—the final piece of the tenant improvement buildout. Outfitted with cutting-edge equipment, this booth will ensure the highest quality finishes for both standard and custom cabinetry, meeting the demands of architects, contractors, and designers with precision and consistency. The booth was the final piece of the puzzle after the installation of all new machinery, including a Nested CNC, Panel Saw, Edge Bander, Dowel Inserter, Sliding Table Saw, state-of-the-art dust collection and much more!
