Commercial Casework expanded to Sacramento, CA. with our recent purchase of a 29,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Our newly renovated office space is now complete and ready for business, with manufacturing to following in the coming months. Although we have several existing employees relocating to the new space, we are actively hiring new employees to meet our growth targets. We are in need of qualified talent for various office positions such as; Project Management, Estimating, Engineering and Purchasing. Within most of these positions, we have entry level options for those that are just starting their career or have limited exposure to commercial construction & millwork. In addition to hiring for the office, we will also be hiring shop personnel. Some of these positions include custom Cabinet Makers that can operate woodworking machinery (Panel Saw, CNC, Edge Bander…etc.), along with custom and standard fixture fabricators. Production positions will be signatory to the Millmen’s Union, Local 2236 and Local 46.
Union positions (shop employees) will have a starting wage & benefit package of $46.00/hr to $59.10/hr, depending on position & experience.
Entry level office employees will have salary range of $65,000 to $80,000/year.
Experienced Project Managers & Estimators will have a salary range of $85,000 to $120,000/year.
