At Commercial Casework Inc. we believe supporting the local community is very important. Since the early 90’s, we have been supporting a wide range of organizations with the help of our employees. All monetary donations made by our staff are matched by the company, creating a win-win situation for everyone. Aside from monetary donations, we also contribute goods and services to various organizations. Below are some of organizations we support.
Hope Services
All people with developmental disabilities should be able to live and participate within their communities. Through the help of HOPE Services, they are able to provide comprehensive services to more than 2,500 individuals with developmental disabilities. At Commercial Casework Inc. we have matched all donations by our employees since 2006.
Rebuilding Together Peninsula
Rebuilding Together is a 20-year-old national US non-profit organization working to preserve affordable home ownership and revitalize neighborhoods by providing free home repairs and modifications for neighbors in need. Every year since 1998, Commercial Casework Inc. and our employees have sponsored a home proving hands on critical repairs at no cost to the recipients.
Napa ALS Ride
The ALS Association is the only organization leading the fight to discover a cure for ALS from all angles – through robust research, care, and public policy programs. Their solution is an integrated approach that will lead us to viable treatments and cure for this terrible disease. Since 2008, Commercial Casework Inc. and our employees, have made cash donations and participated in the bike ride, to help find the cure that will defeat this disease.
The Family Giving Tree
The Family Giving Tree fulfills the exact holiday wishes and provides backpacks filled with school supplies to those children in the most need in our communities while inspiring the values of kindness, philanthropy and volunteerism. The employee’s here at Commercial Casework Inc. have provided unwrapped gifts to those in need over the holiday season as well as cash donations, which is matched by Commercial Casework Inc.
826 Valencia
826 Valencia is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting under-resourced students ages six to eighteen with their creative and expository writing skills and to helping teachers inspire their students to write. Their services are structured around the understanding that great leaps in learning can happen with one-on-one attention and that strong writing skills are fundamental to future success.
Alameda County Food Bank
The Alameda County Community Food Bank is a non-profit organization that supplies food to 275 Alameda County, California agencies including food pantries, soup kitchens, child-care and senior centers, and after-school programs. Since 1997, Commercial Casework Inc. and our employees, have made contributions with food donations as well as cash donations.
American Cancer Society
Breakthrough research. Free lodging near treatment. A 24/7/365 live helpline. Rides to treatment. This is far from a complete list, but it makes one thing clear. When it comes to cancer, they are the only organization attacking from every angle. Meet the people who are living proof.
